User Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and GDPR/KVKK regulations, here are the steps to delete your data from Adixir.
Your Data Ownership & Deletion Rights
Adixir is an ad intelligence platform integrated with Facebook Login and Meta Marketing API. We respect your complete data privacy. In full accordance with Meta Platform Policy and GDPR (Article 17 "Right to Erasure"), you can delete or request deletion of your data at any time using any of the 3 simple methods below.
Method 1: Direct Self-Service Disconnection via Adixir Dashboard
You can instantly disconnect your connected Meta advertising accounts and revoke stored credentials:
- Sign In: Log into your account at adixir.com/login.
- Navigate to Accounts or Brands > Integrations in the sidebar.
- Find your connected Meta (Facebook) account and click Disconnect or Remove.
- Confirm the action in the prompt.
Method 2: Remove Adixir Permissions via Facebook / Meta Profile
You can revoke Adixir’s access directly from your Facebook settings at any time:
- Log into your Facebook account and click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- In the left navigation menu, click Apps and Websites.
- Locate Adixir in your list of authorized apps.
- Click Remove and confirm.
Method 3: Submit a Formal Data Erasure Request (Email)
If you want all stored records, synced metrics, and your user account permanently deleted from our servers:
Send an email to info@adixir.com with the following template:
To: info@adixir.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Name / Email]
"Please permanently delete my Adixir user account, my Meta integration access credentials, and all historical advertising metrics associated with my organization."
What Data is Deleted?
- Meta User IDs and Business Manager associations,
- Encrypted OAuth access tokens and authorization secrets,
- Synced campaign, ad set, and performance metric entries,
- User profile and organization memberships (upon full account closure).
