1. Information We Collect

When you register for Adixir and connect your digital advertising accounts, we collect and process the following information:

• Account Information: Name, work email address, company name, and securely hashed authentication credentials.
• Meta (Facebook) Platform Data: Authorized via OAuth 2.0 with explicit permissions (such as ads_read, ads_management, business_management) via the Meta Marketing API:
  • Meta User ID, Business Manager ID, and Ad Account identifiers and names,
  • Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad metadata, configurations, and status,
  • Performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, lead counts, and ROAS).
• Access Credentials (OAuth Tokens): Secure authorization tokens necessary to communicate with the Meta Graph API. Tokens are never stored in plain text; they are encrypted at rest using bank-grade encryption. We never see or store your Facebook password.
• Technical & Log Data: IP addresses, browser user-agents, and timestamped audit logs for security, troubleshooting, and platform performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

All data collected is strictly utilized to provide and improve our software services:

• Displaying aggregated performance dashboards, charts, and key performance indicators,
• Executing proprietary AI algorithms to detect creative fatigue, budget inefficiencies, and conversion anomalies,
• Delivering actionable optimization recommendations and forecasting their potential impact,
• Executing user-approved automated actions (e.g. updating budgets or pausing underperforming ads) via official APIs,
• Ensuring security, preventing fraud, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Data is shared solely with vetted enterprise infrastructure providers (such as AWS and database hosting providers) governed by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

We retain your information only as long as your workspace account remains active or as required by law. You can delete or disconnect your data at any time:

• Within the Adixir dashboard under Accounts, you can click Disconnect next to any connected Meta account to instantly revoke tokens and purge cached metrics.
• From your Facebook Profile, navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites and remove Adixir.
