1. Scope of the Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Adixir and the individual or entity ("User" or "Customer") subscribing to or utilizing our software services. Adixir delivers analytics, automated detection of marketing anomalies, and optimization recommendations across supported advertising networks, including Meta Ads.

2. Account Registration & Permissions

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current registration information.
• By connecting advertising accounts, you represent and warrant that you hold legitimate authority and permissions to manage, inspect, or modify the respective ad accounts, pages, and assets.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Compliance with Meta Platform Terms

You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Meta Advertising Standards in your use of the Service. Any attempt to use Adixir to conduct deceptive, unlawful, or infringing marketing practices is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.

4. Advisory Nature of AI Recommendations & Disclaimers

Adixir does not guarantee specific ROAS, conversion quantities, or advertising profitability. We are not liable for market fluctuations, third-party platform algorithm updates, or API downtime.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Adixir retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, proprietary algorithms, and brand assets. Customers retain full ownership of their underlying campaign data, creatives, trademarks, and business information.

6. Termination & Data Purge

You may discontinue use at any time by disconnecting your connected accounts or contacting us to close your account. Upon account deletion, access tokens are permanently destroyed pursuant to our Data Deletion Instructions.
